  Welcome to Talent Evolution. This site is designed to perform two functions.

  First, provide a platform for job seekers to network with each other to find that next job and participate in training and education about the latest online tools that job seekers are using. For example, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and the major job boards. Talent Evolution will also be holding Job Seeker Workshops throughout the Southern California Region. These workshops will provide job seekers with the tools needed to succeed during a job search.

  Second, provide a platform for employer to connect with job seekers who are seeking new careers in Southern California. Talent Evolution will provide more information about job postings and job seekers who apply for position through extensive analytics.

  We hope you find this site useful. As we expand our offering with new features our goal is to provide the best avenue for job seekers and employers to come together.
